Growing up in New Mexico and Colorado, Ronnie was always in sports--football, wrestling, track, rodeo, and singing in the school choir. While going to college on a wrestling scholarship, Ronnie entered a contest with the Guinness Book of World Records television show in 1980. He performed 2,140 pushups in 30 minutes, beating the old record of 1,845!! (click here for pictures) It has taught him the valuable lesson that consistency and persistency are the main ingredients for achieving all goals in life.

   Poetry always flows out of Ronnie and he has been recognized five times by the National Writers Association for his writings. Ronnie's poems and songs are written with feelings we can all relate to in many ways. His songs about family, children, and new and old loves will capture the emotional experiences and memories that we all carry inside.

   Ronnie believes, "We all are writing our 'Book of Life' everyday. Let's make it good reading." With this attitude, Ronnie continues to move many people with his words and music. Of all the songs he shares with you, you will find some that will touch your heart in a special way.
